Hello, I am Luciano Improta, born and raised in Napoli, Italy. My family has been in the jewelry business for generations, where I learned the value of craftsmanship, authenticity, and passion. Those same values shaped my love for cooking.

 

When I moved to Thailand 18 years ago, I carried Italy with me, not just in jewelry but in the flavors I grew up with. Cooking for friends and family became my joy, and their encouragement

— “Luciano, open a restaurant, follow your dream!” —

inspired me to bring a little piece of Napoli to Bangkok.

 

That is how Brunello was born. A restaurant where every dish is made with true Italian ingredients, prepared with passion, and shared in a

warm and welcoming atmosphere.
